Pilgrims in an Unholy Land.

Well, the Paducah trip did not satisfy the Mommy-to-be. We wanted to look at furniture and try to get the skinny on how much this was going to cost Daddy Banks. We hoped back into the truck, this time with Grandma Linda and went to Fairview Heights, IL for a nice little overnite excursion on April 13th. Baby made mommy tired very quickly but we did find some things we liked. Mommy then took baby for it's first trip to Lotawatta Creek Restaurant. Mommy and baby had no trouble finishing their famous mound o' fries.

Bobbie gets too big for her britches!

It came to pass shortly after finding out that we were pregnant, Bobbie felt tight around the ol' belly. We went to see the Doc for the first time on April 2nd. Dr. Francis Tsung, our primary OB/Gyn let us hear the heart beat for the first time. It was very exciting! After hearing our baby's heart thumping away, we loaded up in the truck and headed to Paducah, KY to the Motherhood store. Bobbie found some blouses and some slacks she could wear to school. She could not pass up the maternity gown and matching onesie we found there. Daddy said, "All right, you can get it!" Let the games begin!
