A milestone reached

Mommy and daddy are very proud of our little boy. February 26th marks the first night Chris slept through the night...and the heavens opened and the choirs of angels sang!!! It took us completely by surprise. Then he dealt another blow. Yesterday evening, Christopher sat up on his daddy's chest. Daddy had to hold his legs down but he will be doing it on his own very soon. The picture on the left is him waking after his first full night of sleep.

A Week with Mommy and Daddy

Christopher had been wanting to spend more time with his mommy and daddy so Mother Nature dealt southern Illinois with a winter snow & ice storm. It kept the family home four days from school. Christopher did get out a little. He went to his Valentine's Day party at the daycare and got to make his first trip to the city library to see grandma. He was read to, sang to, and got to play with mommy and daddy. Unfortunately, he is starting to have a rough time, he is beginning to teethe.

Oh the Humanity

They say a picture is worth a thousand words... This one does just that. This was Christopher's' first expression on being put in his "I Love Pappy Dan" onsie. The terror immediately rose from the bowels of his existence. "I am wearing clothing that are an homage to Dan Cox. What are you thinking! Someone please help!" Too priceless.....
