Diet progress


I started my Atkins diet on July 1st.  I have had several "cheat days" since then but as of today, I have lost 57 pounds.  My goal is to weigh 250 lbs, which will be a new me!  Thanks to the fam for their support.

That's awesome! Congratulations! Just be careful not to over do it on the diet. I had a lot of complications when I lost 100lbs on it back in '05. Be sensible and it will keep working wonders! Keep it up! :)
